Worked hard ‘behind the scenes’

Gavin Grewal took on my case following an RTC in early 2018. He instilled confidence from the outset, taking plenty of time to explain things clearly, but over the next four years also worked hard ‘behind the scenes’ when my input was not required (allowing me the time and space to recover from the physical and psychological trauma of the collision).

It was explained clearly that the long-term effects of the collision would take quite some time to evidence themselves, so I was never expecting a swift resolution. As offers of compensation were received, Gavin took time to fully assess them before making a recommendation to decline or accept, with detailed reasoning.

Over the last four years I have had some brief dealings with other solicitors working at White Dalton; all have been highly professional and helpful. Equally, the administrative staff have been extremely swift when taking messages or completing requests etc.

Overall I can certainly recommend White Dalton (and in particular Gavin Grewal) very highly.
