Martyn is a Solicitor at White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors and was called to the Bar in 2009, then cross-qualified as a solicitor to practice exclusively in motorcycle law as a Solicitor Advocate in the Civil Courts. He attained Higher Rights of Audience (civil) in 2014.
He is passionate about bikes and believes his knowledge and experience as a biker assist him greatly in his work. Martyn wants to ensure his fellow fallen bikers have the specialist advice, legal expertise and skill they deserve in getting the right compensation.
As a rider of many years, he’s also keen on value for money and ran his Bandit 600 into the deck, replaced it with an FZ8 and when that wore out moved onto an MT09. His last purchase was a Triumph 675R as he likes his bikes naked as they allow for an enthusiastic riding style. He is also proud to be a veteran of two RBLR1000 “Iron Butts”.
