“I’m Martyn Dey, a Solicitor Advocate with White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors.”
“I was called to the Bar in 2009 and then cross-qualified as a solicitor to practice exclusively in motorcycle law. I attained Higher Rights of Audience (civil) in 2014.
I am passionate about bikes and want to ensure my fellow fallen bikers have the specialist advice, legal expertise and skill they deserve in getting the right compensation from a biker who knows and rides.”
Martyn is an enthusiastic motorcyclist who has run the Bandit 600 he joined us with into the deck, and has just replaced his well worn FZ8 with an MT09. He has previously owned a Yamaha SR125, Aprilia RS125 and Bandit 600.
He likes his bikes naked and has an enthusiastic riding style. A veteran of 2 RBLR1000 “Iron Butts” Martyn originally qualified as a barrister before cross qualifying as a solicitor, and now practices as a Solicitor Advocate in the Civil Courts.
