Through your hard work and due diligence you have made what could have been a very tough and frustrating 4 years into a calm, logical and well explained process that lead me from shortly after my horrific motorbike accident to the calm calculated process of the settlement agreement with JSM yesterday.
I had an enjoyable day with yourself and Kia from the moment I walked through the door you both had a warm welcome and I felt at ease and relaxed. At no point did I feel under any pressure to make a snap decision, but you explained to me in words I could understand rather than Legal or Court speak the options that were open to me and you duly acted on my decision.
