National Motorcycle Week announced

The Motorcycle Industry Association last week announced this year's dates for the annual National Motorcycle Week. The event runs from 13 – 19th July with the infamous Ride to Work Day taking place on Wednesday 15th July.The aim of the Ride to Work Day is to highlight that motorcycling cuts congestion, pollution, and journey times and is convenient and flexible. Research commissioned by the MCIA in 2007 revealed that one in six Brits spend the equivalent of an entire working day travelling to and from work in the course of one week, totalling nearly two years of solid commuting over an average working life.We at White Dalton shall be making a concerted effort to all ride in that week, whatever the weather, so now's the time to get that bike out of the garage and start spreading the word to your friends, family and work colleagues - get them involved too :-)
