We called upon Chris Taylor, an experienced Collision Investigator with years of experience doing this as a police officer, before setting up his own company, to look at the scene and compile his own report. As a biker himself Chris will also attend on a bike and film at the scene so that it can be seen from the biker’s point of view, rather than the confines of a car.
Chris has completed many reports for White Dalton, and we accept and rely on his impartiality and expertise – if his facts show that our clients are in the wrong we fully accept that and advise our clients accordingly. When his reports show significant difference then it makes a world of difference to our clients.
Whilst this case did involve the sad demise of the other party, it did not mean that our client should not be taken care of as he did suffer serious injuries himself.
