It happens to all of us, that moment when you get a Penalty Charge Notice through the post. This one was destined for senior partner of White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors for a bus lane contravention from Camden Council, London.

As you can see from the pictures and CCTV video footage below the bus lane is only four car lengths long and Andrew was doing no harm to anyone…
