I’m struggling to find the words to express how that made us feel. It made us realise how very lucky we were to have found White Dalton – a firm of solicitors who genuinely care about their clients. What you did for us was way above and beyond the call of duty and we will never forget that.
If you hadn’t agreed to take J’s case, and we’d have accepted all the original advice [from the insurance appointed solicitor], that the accident was 80% J’s fault and that it was quite acceptable to set his leg 45 degrees out and not notice during 6 months of follow-up appointments, I think he’d have had a settlement nearer £30k.
White Dalton are just something else. You’ll take a risk if you believe it’s right and you’ve made such a huge difference to J’s future. From our whole family, and from the heart, we thank you.
