Andrew is a Solicitor and the Senior Partner at White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors.
He is well regarded in the legal world and named as a “Notable Practitioner” by Chambers UK and specialises in road traffic cases. He has extensive experience in dealing with all levels of injury for clients who have sustained everything from broken bones, to amputation, to brain injury. As well as dealing with catastrophic injury cases, Andrew also deals with fatal accidents and represents families at coroner’s inquests.
He practices across all areas of motorcycle law, involving both civil claims and motoring defence work, as he has a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Criminal Proceedings) qualification. Andrew says he has a straight talking approach, which has stood him in good stead with clients, opponents and judges over the years.
His love of biking was sparked at a young age when his father helped him put together his first motorbike, a Honda MT5, which was bought in a box of bits. He’s been riding motorcycles since he was 13 years old. He has ridden extensively throughout the world including mainland Europe, Morrocco and Thailand.
Having always undertaken his own maintenance Andrew has a thorough understanding of motorcycles and what they’re capable of. This knowledge, combined with his extensive mileage undertaken on a motorcycle, has given him an advantage over his opponents and helped in winning cases over the years.
Andrew joined the firm as a trainee solicitor and quickly rose through the ranks to become a partner and then Senior Partner.
For around 10 years (and full time during his studies) he worked as a fully qualified chef, hence you may hear him being referred to as “Chef” or “Cheffy” in the motorcycle world.
Andrew currently rides a KTM 1290, a ZZR1400 and plays around off road with a CCM 404.
