Richard Clarke LLB - Managing Partner

Richard is the managing partner of White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors. He is a qualified Barrister and a Solicitor Advocate with considerable experience as a trial lawyer. He is on the Elite Law Society Personal Injury Panel, a Higher Courts Advocate and a Deputy District Judge of the High and County Courts.

Richard paid his way through qualifying with various jobs ranging from an office junior and a waiter to a mechanical fitter. He has been riding motorbikes since the age of 21 and started off on a Yamaha DT125.  Having ridden a ZZR1100 into the ground, his current motorcycle is a Kawasaki ZZR1200.  He has been the injured party in several accidents where he successfully argued his innocence, just don't ask to see the scars! He has a very tough, no nonsense attitude in cases and he could well be the man you want in your corner.
