Martyn sent me detailed letters explaining all options available to me. Always notified me when he was away from the office and remembered my case details when I phoned out of the blue – overall he took a lot of stress out of the process. I just wish we started off with you guys as our initial solicitor was not properly equipped to deal with motorbike accidents.
