Andrew Prendergast

Managing Partner

I'm Andrew Prendergast, Solicitor and Partner at White Dalton motorcycle Solicitors. I've been riding motorcycles since I was 13 years old and I've owned all sorts of motorcycles over the years.

"I'm a specialist road traffic solicitor and have extensive experience in dealing with all levels of cases for clients who have sustained injuries from broken bones to brain injury."

"I take a straight talking approach and this has stood me in good stead with my clients, opponents and judges over the years.

My love of biking was sparked by my dad who helped me put together my first bike which I bought in a box of bits. It's my passion for biking and my law degree that led me to White Dalton.

Having always undertaken my own maintenance I have a thorough understanding of motorcycles and what they’re capable of. This knowledge, combined with my extensive mileage undertaken on a motorcycle, has given me an advantage over my opponents and helped in winning cases for clients over the years.

At White Dalton we say 'We ride - We know' and my experience says it's so much easier to make submissions in front of a judge if you actually know and understand about motorcycles."

Andrew joined the firm as a trainee solicitor having completed his law degree in his home town of Norwich and then completed his Law Practitioners Course in Chelmsford. For around 10 years (and during his studies) he worked as a fully qualified chef, hence you may hear him being referred to as "Chef" or "Cheffy". Andrew has been riding motorcycles since he was 13 years old and currently rides a ZZR1400 as his daily commuter whether it is sunny or snowing. In addition, he is currently restoring an old Honda CB750 K1.

Andrew practices across all areas of motorcycle law, with his practice involving both civil claims and motoring defence work with Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Criminal Proceedings) qualification.
