Our process

Making the claim

  1. You ask us to deal with your motorcycle accident claim
  2. We review your case, assess the risk, confirm we are happy to work on a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) and set a success fee
  3. You sign a ‘No Win, No Fee’ agreement (CFA)
  4. Where you do not already have Legal Expenses Insurance we recommend you take this out
  5. The case concludes.

You win your claim

Our costs, payable by you, cannot be greater by law than 25% of your award for your injury and losses to date of the settlement. This includes VAT.

You lose the claim

  1. We do not get paid by anyone for our time
  2. Unless you have been seriously dishonest, you are not liable for costs for us or for the Defendant.
