When I compare this to my last solicitor,

I believe that they were pushing and coercing me into decisions that, in my opinion, suited their needs rather than mine. I fell that at all times Andrew had my best interests in mind and was representing me to this end. I am personally convinced that Andrew Prendergast helped me achieve a far better financial outcome to this than my last solicitor ever would have managed. Their last advice to me was to accept an offer that, as it transpired, was around one quarter of the outcome that Andrew secured on my behalf. Thanks Andrew for your advice, support and guidance.
