3. If injuries have been sustained get medical attention
4. Take an accident report
5. Report it to the Police
6. Take details of the other party
  - insurance details
  - names of those involved
  - addresses, phone numbers
  - vehicle details, license plate numbers
7. Get witness contact details, if any
