Andrew Dalton LLB - Senior Partner

Andrew originally qualified as a Barrister but now practices as a Solicitor Advocate. He is on the elite Law Society Personal Injury Panel. He is an experienced trial lawyer dealing with fatal accident claims, inquests and heavy personal injury claims. Andrew has a special and personal interest in brain injury, amputation and wheelchair cases. He also specialises in large loss of earnings cases and smaller injury cases where the car driver makes serious allegations against the motorcyclist.

Andrew started out life as a motorcycle courier in London.  Having been badly served by a solicitor when he broke his ankle in a motorbike accident, whilst waiting to join the Army, he realised the need for specialist lawyers in motorcycling. He took a sudden career change into law and after cross qualifying as a solicitor he set up 'White Dalton'. Andrew rides a BMW R1200GS. He is a keen surfer and served as a volunteer in the Royal Engineers.
