Competition RulesEvery competition must have rules and we have already experienced enough false attempts to claim the prize to know that our genuine winners need to be protected. This competition is open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered. The winning number is displayed on our website and is changed every Friday at 5.00pm. To claim the prize the card you must, before the number changes, either:
Where claiming the prize contact should, in the first instance, be made by telephone between the hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday on 0800 783 6191. Once the number has changed no claim can be brought under a previous winning number. If you do not claim the prize before a new number is publicised on the White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors website, you will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The winner must provide their name and address to claim the prize and the winning card must be produced either to claim the prize or at the time of collection, depending on how the prize is claimed. The motorcycle must be collected from our premises by pre-arranged appointment within 8 weeks and there is no cash alternative. Details of the winner are published on our website and it is a condition of collection of the prize that you consent to this. White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or postal service. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors provide a winning number notification service. No liability or responsibility is accepted for notifying entrants of the winning number and pre-registration of a card places no obligation on White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors to identify or notify the winner of the fact that their number has been drawn. The competition must be entered in to in the utmost good faith by all parties. If, in the opinion of the partners of White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors, there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the winning ticket has been obtained improperly or tampered with it shall be held invalid and their decision as to its validity shall be final. Fraudulent attempts to claim the prize will be reported to the police. White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors are authorised to use entrants' personal details for the purposes of administering this competition and for marketing purposes only. They will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. Any decision of the partners of White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors with regard to application of these rules is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors, their family or friends. White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
