All our highly trained Solicitors and Barristers ride motorcycles. We provide professional legal advice, finely tuned with biking expertise - We Ride, We Know

Who is to blame?

In collisions car drivers are generally at fault with the main cause of the accident being simply that the motorcyclist was not seen

Less specialist solicitors will often advise to accept greater responsibility than they should or even that there is no case at all

Scenarios?

We are expert in arguments over responsibility, including difficult areas of speed, filtering and road surface defects

we regularly take over serious claims only to find the previous solicitors have seriously undervalued items of loss

Why use us

We will act on a no win, no fee basis, even if your case has been rejected by other solicitors

all White Dalton lawyers are motorcyclists, so they know the risks faced by motorcyclists on the road

CCM FT35sPrize draw cards are distributed to clients and are available to the public, free of charge, by attending the White Dalton stand or van at any of the shows listed .

The winning number is displayed on our website from 5pm every Friday and changes each week. If your number comes up you must show the card to us before 5pm the following Friday to claim the motorcycle. Alternatively you can claim the motorcycle by phoning us with your details as long as you have pre-registered your card. For full rules, click here.

The prize bike is pristine, unregistered and available for inspection at our offices by pre-arranged appointment. Numbers are drawn at random by computer.

You must claim the motorcycle before the number changes, either by producing the card or confirming your pre-registered details. If you do not claim the prize before a new number is publicised on the White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors website, you will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

So, when you get a White Dalton prize draw card keep hold of it!! It could be your ticket to a CCM FT35s. 2004/2005/2006 prize draw cards are still valid for the current draw.
