All our highly trained Solicitors and Barristers ride motorcycles. We provide professional legal advice, finely tuned with biking expertise - We Ride, We Know
In collisions car drivers are generally at fault with the main cause of the accident being simply that the motorcyclist was not seen
Less specialist solicitors will often advise to accept greater responsibility than they should or even that there is no case at all
We are expert in arguments over responsibility, including difficult areas of speed, filtering and road surface defects
we regularly take over serious claims only to find the previous solicitors have seriously undervalued items of loss
We will act on a no win, no fee basis, even if your case has been rejected by other solicitors
all White Dalton lawyers are motorcyclists, so they know the risks faced by motorcyclists on the road
Paul originally qualified as a barrister and then cross-qualified as a solicitor and is now managing partner with the Firm. In previous lives he has served in the Royal Air Force as well as running his own business before pursuing a career in law. He has been riding bikes for more years than he cares to remember and recently sold his beloved and lightly modified Firestorm and replaced it with a new Fireblade which he has actually ridden in the winter. It is a safe bet that if Paul says his bike has never seen rain, he would be telling the truth. Paul deals with high value cases and his background in small business, self employment and HM Forces means he enjoys getting to grips with complex loss of earnings cases. He has a straight talking manner and a tenacious negotiation style with an open approach with both clients and opponents. Paul's method can best be summed up as making it easy for insurers to give you their money.
