All our highly trained Solicitors and Barristers ride motorcycles. We provide professional legal advice, finely tuned with biking expertise - We Ride, We Know
In collisions car drivers are generally at fault with the main cause of the accident being simply that the motorcyclist was not seen
Less specialist solicitors will often advise to accept greater responsibility than they should or even that there is no case at all
We are expert in arguments over responsibility, including difficult areas of speed, filtering and road surface defects
we regularly take over serious claims only to find the previous solicitors have seriously undervalued items of loss
We will act on a no win, no fee basis, even if your case has been rejected by other solicitors
all White Dalton lawyers are motorcyclists, so they know the risks faced by motorcyclists on the road
Martyn has recently returned to motorcycling. Whilst working through his University degree and barristers examinations money was too tight to run a motorcycle but he now rides a Suzuki 600 Bandit which is his daily commuter of choice.
This isn’t Martyn’s first time in the law, but previously he wore a blue uniform and said “Evening All” a lot. Martyn has broken from a long family tradition of Police service.
Whilst Martyn has passed the examinations to become a barrister he has chosen to practice in the highly specialist field of motorcycle litigation and is going through the process of cross qualifying as a solicitor, a well worn path by White Dalton lawyers, which Andrew Dalton, Paul Henry, Rhiannon Davies and John Lloyd-Richards have all travelled.
As a firm we think the litigation training that trainee barristers get is more relevant to our type of work than the more general solicitors’ training.
