How We Work

You ask us to deal with your claim

We review your case, assess the risk, confirm we are happy to work on a CFA and set a success fee

You sign a 'No Win, No Fee' agreement (CFA). Where you do not already have Legal Expenses Insurance we recommend you take this out.

The case concludes

You Win

Our costs, including the success fees are met by the other driver's insurer

You keep all of your damages as long as you have co-oeprated with us in running your case and followed our advice.

You Lose

We do not get paid by anyone for our time

You are liable to pay the other side's costs and any disbursements. Where you have Legal Expenses Insurance it will cover this.

2	Reply to our letters promptly	2	Make us chase you for information.
3	Trust us to get on with your case and let us get on with it.	3	Do not keep your medical appointments.
4	Make sure we can contact you.	4	Disappear for weeks without telling us or move without telling us your new address.
5	Follow our advice.	5	Ask us to do unreasonable work, where we advise against this and you insist it is done.
