A trainee solicitor is needed at White Dalton Motorcycle Solicitors, Wingrave, Bucks.

The successful applicant will work with the solicitors of this Chambers Ranked firm in a mix of work from portal to high end, complex and trans European injury litigation, inquest and trusts work.

We are open to applications all year round. If you wish to apply for employment with our firm, please complete the application form (links at the top of this page) and forward it to us for consideration. This can be done in hard copy to our postal address or by email to Office Manager at sally@whitedalton.co.uk.

We employ both Barristers and Solicitors (many of our solicitors are dual qualified), those already qualified or those in training.

Regardless of your background, you must have a passion for motorbikes and unless you are disabled you must have a full motorcycle licence to work here. Previous experience handling PI cases would be an advantage but is not essential.

If you want to progress as a highly professional niche personal injury practitioner in a small, dynamic firm with a good salary and humane hours then we want to hear from you. The training we offer is second to none. You will be expected to deal with your own caseload upon completion of the in-house training, supervised by senior lawyers and partners.

You will need to be confident, articulate and perceptive with strong oral and written skills. We expect all our solicitors to thrive both in and out of the courtroom and to enjoy the challenge of litigation. We also encourage our solicitors to obtain their higher rights of audience.

Unlike other firms, we do not buy in work, or run a "claims factory". We pride ourselves on having a strong reputation in the field, and we will expect you to work to a high standard of professionalism and client care to help maintain and build this reputation.
