Don't ride with a dark visor?

If he’s pulled you for an illegally smoked visor, the offence is unendorsable, but you can get a fine. He can take your visor off you, if it’s to be used in evidence, but if you admit the offence and sign his notebook to that effect, then he cannot take it off you. After all, who needs evidence if you’ve already admitted it?
