All our highly trained Solicitors and Barristers ride motorcycles. We provide professional legal advice, finely tuned with biking expertise - We Ride, We Know
In collisions car drivers are generally at fault with the main cause of the accident being simply that the motorcyclist was not seen
Less specialist solicitors will often advise to accept greater responsibility than they should or even that there is no case at all
We are expert in arguments over responsibility, including difficult areas of speed, filtering and road surface defects
we regularly take over serious claims only to find the previous solicitors have seriously undervalued items of loss
We will act on a no win, no fee basis, even if your case has been rejected by other solicitors
all White Dalton lawyers are motorcyclists, so they know the risks faced by motorcyclists on the road
BMF Show17th - 18th May 2008
East of England Showground, Peterborough
Attending: Nick and Andy
Our attendance at the first show of the biking calendar went down a storm! It was definitely one of the friendliest we have done and much larger than last year with more bargain gear on sale than ever before. The new show van held up admirably and was very comfortable. Remember to keep an eye on our next show page for details of where we will be next. In-between talking to visitors and handing out prize draw cards we did manage to take some photos...

We attended the GEMS on the 31st May & 1st June 2008 at the Kent County Showground, Detling, Kent.

We attended the South West Bike Show on the 21st & 22nd June 2008 at the Bath & West Showground, Shepton Mallet. Saturday was a bit quiet and the weather didn't help by being wet. Sunday was a much better day with warmer weather and lots of visitors. It was a very friendly show and there were some real characters there!
Andrew and Rhiannon attended Beaulieu Motorcycle World on the 5th & 6th July. Saturday was a fine and sunny day; Sunday was unfortunately very wet although we did meet a couple of clients. We shared our stand with CCM Motorcycles and there was a lot of interest in our new prize bike, the FT35s, a retro looking flat track machine.

It was a very hot and sticky weekend at Aberdare. Christine said it was also quite noisy from all of the great classic bikes racing around. Sunday was about 3 times busier than the Saturday and we met a couple of clients.

7th & 10th August 2008Â - Andrew, Christine, John and Rhiannon attended at a very muddy and wet Shakespeare County Raceway in Warwickshire. The White Dalton van had to be towed out twice from the mud!

August 23rd & 24th 2008 - Andrew and David attended a very busy, hot and sunny South West Motorcycle Show in Exeter. It was a great experience and plenty of new and existing clients were there to admire the new CCM prize bike. David ended up sun burnt and Andrew fell asleep on the way home after a very busy two days.

20th & 21st September 2008, East of England Showground, Peterborough.
